Terms of delivery
Ordering & Payment
Please fill in the online order form with the exact details of your instrument and email the form to me. At the receipt of your order form you will be sent an invoice for a deposit of 10% of the price of your instrument (20% for special orders). Only when the deposit has been paid, your order is complete, so no down payment = no order! In case you cancel your order, for whatever reason, you will receive a refund for your down payment when you have found an other customer for your instrument who isn’t on my waiting list yet. If that’s not possible, your down payment will not be refunded.
When I have nearly finished your instrument, I will get in touch with you again and will send you the invoice for the completion of your payment. When I have received full payment I will send you the recorder by insured mail. The price of the instrument is the price at the time of ordering. Payment is only possible by bank transfer (no credit cards, PayPal etc.). Cheques are not accepted. Bank details are printed on the invoice. If there are problems with transferring the money, please contact me.
Shipping instruments & Postage costs
Within The Netherlands instruments are sent with PostNL with registered mail. For shipments abroad I use OCS courier service. This has proven to be a fast, secure and very reliable way of shipping. The costs are being paid by the customer directly to the courier at delivery of the parcel. I can provide an indication about these costs.
